Can I get to my things while they're stored?
Access needs arranging in advance rather than dropping by, because items are packed to use the space efficiently. Tell us up front if you'll need something back and we'll load with that in mind.
Is it climate controlled?
Ask when you call — it depends on what you're storing and for how long. Wood furniture, electronics and anything with upholstery are the usual reasons it matters.
