When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address and move details you enter. We also record which page you submitted from and, where present, the marketing source that brought you here.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and schedule your move. We also use the marketing source to understand which of our advertising actually reaches people.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is stored in our database and sent to us by email through our email provider. We share details with third parties only where necessary to carry out your move, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and job records are retained for as long as needed to run the business and meet record-keeping obligations. Ask us and we will delete your information where we are not required to keep it.
Your choices
